The Magician

this is a contest entry

that missed the deadline. whoops.
o well, it was fun to do anyway. the idea was to design a tarot card, so i picked the magician. after i looked it up, i found out that the magician channels miracles from heaven to earth (hypothetically and literally depending on the interpretation) which made me think of lightning. so, he became a lightning magician. then, since he was elemental, i killed two birds with one stone and made him an elf to add on to my elemental elves collection. took about 4 hours, colored with prismacolor pencils and a sharpie/gold paintpen for the border
